23-01-25 Daecheongbong & Dinosaur Ridge with snow (Seoraksan National Park)

Start at 8 o'clock and back to the hotel just before sunset at 17h40.
It's winter season and there is snow/ice. Crampons, gaiters, hiking poles with snowflake baskets, warm glothes... are necessary.
On the way to Daecheongbong (top of Seoraksan National Park), I met korean people going down after a night in "Jungcheong Shelter" (1595m). There is still a caretaker up there.
About "Dinosaur Ridge", I didn't meet anybody on the way. Anyway, there is a few footprint in the snow (it helped me a lot). Because of the snow, this track is much more difficult. So don't expect trafic jam ;-)
Btw in Biseondae, I was surprised to find people stuck in front of the gate. Don't worry, you can slide the gate yourself.
